Shipping Rates

From time to time, Veloura may offer free shipping promotions on select products or orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update after the order has been shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Veloura is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Veloura is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
